Zimmer gross wie Suites, sehr sauber und warm. Personal sympathisch und professionell immer parat am helfen. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen. Svalbard muss man besuchen ist sehr speziell und schön, wenn auch das Hotel stimmt, alles ist perfekt dort. 👍🇳🇴👌

super hotel

dies ist ein super hotel. sehr freundliches personal. nur das essen ist etwas zu teuer, aber durchaus seinen preis wert.

Hotel was booked months ago but on arrival found out we had had our reservation changed to the Funken Lodge, would have been nice to have been told!! Cost a taxi fare to the new accommodation and although the Funken lodge was nice to us situated on top of a hill! We also had booked a junior suite room at the Radisson but ended up with a standard double room! Poor communication from Ebookers I am afraid!!

If you should have received it, then we would have explained that your upgrade is to our Premium Plus hotel, a standard room.
