If you should have received it, then we would have explained that your upgrade is to our Premium Plus hotel, a standard room. This is not an excuse, and again we are sorry for the lack of information. We are glad you liked Funken Lodge in general, but we would like you to contat us at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel, if you choose to visit Longyearbyen in the future, in order for us to make this right for you.
