Unsafe. The management allowed a stranger to enter our room and demand money did not feel safe and the hotel did nothing to protect our information and our safety. On top of that hotel staff disrespectful unhelpful and rude. The restaurants and bar open whenever they feel like it and there’s no guarantee. You will have necessities such as towels, water or an appropriate time in place to eat something while in the resort. It is not worth your money and far away from the downtown.

This place should be rated 2 stars it’s terrible. Old and run down. Theres no stores to buy any water before or after hours. There’s only a bar that open at 1pm. There’s no hospitality. Everybody was weird. We needed water and nowhere to get it crazy! Everyone was rude and wanted to close your tab as soon as you order.beautiful view but that’s it! Just stay at an Airbnb.

Pros:Resort has nice views and access to the Bay and the Sea and friendly staff. Cons:Resort needs attention with repairs on exterior doors, electrical outlets, faucets, paint chipping, worn out towels with threads shredded etc. Daily underserved for towels at the Pool or Spa. One of the two pools was unkept and not being used because of its condition and forces children and everyone into one pool only with children at the swim up alcohol bar. Sadly, a pretty place at one time, but not kept up well, not well appointed or updated currently.Not a Resort atmosphere.

They do not do a good briefing on arrival. There are bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for free use by guests. They didn’t say anything. There are two restaurants, different hours. They DESPERATELY need an information sheet; in English if not both languages. Good location and sleeps but would have paddled and biked!

The person who took care of our room was very very professional. The personal at the breakfast area was able to accommodate every aspect that we ask I can only say only one bad thing about this hotel was the front desk needs more attention since they have a lack of personal, especially when you right other than that, it was a comfortable hotel
