No working hot water, the female owner of the motel purposely deactivated my key card several times during my stay. When returning to my room after working a long shift I would have to walk all the way to the lobby to have it reactivated
Sheets were dirty, they dont change them. I had the receptionist to come check them and she asked me to take them off and she would bring me clean sheets for me to put them on, i asked for a housekeeper but she was busy so i asked her to do the bed n eith an attitude she did it. They dont have wifi like they advertise. We had to search for local channels everytime we turned on the t.v. and it took about 10 minutes everytime because they didnt want to put the wifi password on the t.v. Theres druggies staying there snd its noisy all night, also they have workers remodeling at 7am eith alot of noise
Manager is absolutely by far the most horrible motel manager I've ever experienced. She is very rude & unprofessional. She has made my stay uncomfortable & most unpleasant. If door isn't answered almost immediately she will enter your room with no knowledge of you possibly being undressed/exposed to public. Not to mention shower curtains are full of mold, which explains the sudden cough I'm experiencing. I will definitely be seeking legal advice...
