Nice room and all but horrible bed. The Bed was completely overdue for replacement as it sunk down very low due to the springs or something being wore completely out. Parking is challenging after 4 pm as there is a great steakhouse next door that shares the spaces.

The place served a purpose for a place to stay. There are many places to eat and grocery stores within walking distance. The place is somewhat rundown and parking is tight in areas. There is a few to get ice.

Horrible place to stay

The room was shockingly torn up. Burn marks all over the furniture and the floor missing vent covers above the bathtub, which was weirdly in the bedroom. The door was coming apart to the bathroom.

Love that the bed was nice and hard. The shower was awesome especially the water power.

The location was accessible to everything, walking distance to stores and food restaurants. Hotel is good if just for sleeping and will be out most of the time. The room we got was ok, the tub was clogged per the front desk was because of the nearness to the ocean.

Initially, the room was nice but the tv did not work. It took a lot of back and forth to the front desk to come fix it. Then I had to physically assist the guy (holding up the tv, helping him take it down, etc). After a while I finally asked for a new room. The new room was old and rundown. Plus my key card kept not working, it would not unlock my door. Several times I had to ask the front desk to reset my key. I was never offered a discount or anything.

It's a cheap hotel, not too far from downtown Long Beach. I'm not the best neighborhood, but not the worst. Staff is friendly

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. • TV did not work • Found someone’s hair on my pillow • Holes in the walls in the bathroom • Flooring that was coming up • Smelled like smoke and I felt disgusting after waking up in the morning • Dirty • Went to ask for another room but couldn’t find the front desk guy anywhere, should just have left • When checking out the front desk person was sleeping in the back room •

Bring your earplugs, it is not quiet.

What a horrible night. Workers banging tools in the parking lot, a brain busting chirping sound that echos through the room, people slamming doors, i will never stay here again.

Clean, good location and reasonable price

Room was clean and great location just across the street from grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Only issue was that motel adjoins a steakhouse and when the steakhouse closed there was a lot of people (employees?) and loud talking right outside the door in the parking lot that awakened me and went on for quite a while. I poked my head out the door a couple times and they said, “Sorry” but continued on
