This thoughtfully designed retreat features a lofted second-floor bedroom with queen bed, full chef’s kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, designer bathroom with soaking tub, and spacious walk-in closet. Enjoy a secluded outdoor patio with fire pit for relaxing evenings. High ceilings, modern finishes, curated details, and an allergen-friendly fresh air ERV system create a refined, comfortable stay.
This newly completed ADU was recently added to VRBO and was built by our development company, which has extensive experience creating high-end homes in the Culver City area. Although the listing is new, the space has already hosted personal guests with very positive feedback. It was thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable, practical, and easy to enjoy, and as a local host, I am nearby and available should anything come up during your stay.

The ADU offers a clean, modern stay with designer finishes, thoughtfully furnished rooms, and a comfortable layout that feels both elevated and inviting. Guests can expect bright, well-appointed spaces with a fresh, high-end feel throughout the property.

The home is equipped with a mini split HVAC system for efficient comfort and an ERV fresh air supply system that helps bring in filtered outdoor air while reducing dust, pollutants, and pollen in the space. It is designed to provide a relaxing, comfortable environment for your stay.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Venice Beach. Laundry facilities are available. A washing machine is available in the holiday home.
