Mario and Lee were super welcoming hosts. Their home was beautifully furnished with an incredible view. Being able to easily walk out on the beach, but also take a short walk to brunch, made this a great home base for our trip. My partner and I would definitely stay here again on a future visit, and we highly recommend it.

What an amazing property! We really enjoyed our stay and Mario could not have been a better host! He was there to answer any questions and was super-fast in responding! Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning enjoying our coffee! Great start to the day!

Enjoyed a beach vacation and the pool. Quiet and secluded at the property even though close to city life. Easy check in and friendly manager. Hope to return again. Long Beach is a walkable community and a hidden gem just south of LA. Spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Great view of the ocean and all the activity directly from the terrace.

Excellent location for Long Beach Grand Prix

Apartment is right on beach, so we could walk along the beach front to the Grand Prix racing. The apartment was spotless, with everything you need. Mario was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions. Just be aware on size of your car, we had a Mid size SUV, which fit in nicely, anything bigger I think you may struggle. Would highly recommend this for business or pleasure.

Gem in Long Beach

Really enjoyed Mario’s condo for a conference. Not necessarily walkable, but Uber only a 3 minute drive and readily available. Property is beautiful, charming and just full of character. Would stay here again!

Amazing condo on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this amazing condo right on the beach! It was a serene oasis away from the busy streets yet close to everything. Mario was an amazing host to deal with and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The kitchen was well stocked, living areas spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Great place right on the beach

Mario is a wonderful host. Friendly, responsive, and professional in helping us navigate the few issues we did have; even when we were the cause. The condo itself is better than it looks online. When I found it I assumed the main picture was of a main lobby or some other shared space. Its the living room! Amazing views. If you like watching marine traffic of all kinds, or just listening to the surf, you dont even have to leave the couch! The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves meals, which saved a ton of money. All the long beach touristy things are just a few minutes away as well! Even the rest of LA wasn't too far away, including Universal Studios. Great jumping off point for active folks but also a nice place to just sit and relax. We did both and loved all of it!

Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication with Mario (he even checked in with us following news of an earthquake) Condo was clean, spacious, and as advertised. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Family Memories

The best time ever! Our Daughter and her husband live 2 blocks from the property. It couldn’t have been a better situation. Everything was wonderful. The owners, the property, the location, the weather and most importantly, the memories we took with us. You can’t put a price on that. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you to the hosts, Mario and Lee.

Amazing property/location!

This condo/property is nothing short of amazing, and in my opinion comes at a very fair price. It had everything we needed and was close to all kinds of things. The host (Mario), by the way, was very friendly, communicative, and had great recommendations. Would stay here again/recomme d. 10/10.

We spent 2 weeks as a family in the place and enjoyed so much! Mario is super responsive and helpful. Location is super - restaurants and shopping nearby. Disney quite close. Universal some 60-90 minutes drive. The beach is very calm and super nice. Apartment better than in the description and photos. Pool is good for swimming. We felt always comfortable and safe. As readable in the description: garage is good for a Chevy Marlibu sized car - regarding length and width. We would recommend this place 100%!!! The proximity to the beach and views are unbeatable.
