Nice hotel for the area

Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee maker didn't work but the lobby provides coffee/tea 24/7 so I just went down and got some. Lots of attention to security which made me feel more comfortable as a person traveling alone. Wish the free breakfast began earlier than 7:30. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel but I had to leave at 7 so I missed out.

The property took great care to do a good job within the perimeter of the property. Unfortunately, it is not in the best area and that distracted from the overall value of the property. We had a good experience and the staff tried really hard.

Real bad customer service with no compassion.

It was good. Until midnight at 12am. We received a.call from the front desk. Telling me to move my truck bc it was taking 2 spaces and they were running out of parking spots. Which was a lie. There were many spots avaliable specially out side in the property. We were sound asleep. This was insane to do that to us. It was so unnecessary.

Beautiful property in immaculate condition with attentive and helpful staff. I stayed one night and found my room and the common areas to be in perfect condition - no wear and tear like one often sees at hotels, and everything was placed thoughtfully throughout the room and in the common areas. You can tell the owners take pride in their property and the staff do as well. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - very good selection (thank you!). Definitely would stay here again when in the LA area (I was here for the Fire Aid concert nearby).

This is a great hotel. The rooms are large, new and very clean and perfect. The owners and the staff genuinely care for the guest. The location is very good, easy parking, lots of shops and food nearby, close to the highway.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I felt safe with the keycard access to guest specific floor. I did however have three men ringing the doorbell trying to gain access. They obviously had the wrong room. Thank goodness for the safety locks. They were harmless and did not return.
