Standard best western hotel. The room felt new and the bathroom worked well. There was a lot of sand and leaves in the pool. It and the hot tub were fairly cold. Breakfast was just ok with no fresh food or bacon.

I only had one concern it was the air conditioner did cool off the room good enough but they offered to move us to another room but my overall experience was amazing. And the staff was also amazing and accommodating.

We stayed here for six nights and, although our first night got off to a rocky start, the staff quickly turned things around and made the rest of our stay exceptional. We had requested a second-floor room in advance but were initially placed on the first floor. Unfortunately, we experienced noise from the room above until 3AM. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they responded promptly and professionally by moving us to the second floor the very next morning. I truly appreciated their swift and courteous response. From that point on, everything was fantastic. The front desk team was consistently friendly and helpful, whether it was providing extra towels or restocking toilet paper, they were always happy to assist. The manager was also a welcoming presence, greeting us with a smile whenever we passed by. The onsite guest laundry was a huge plus, very convenient and easy to use with an app instead of coins. The small shop near the front desk offered a nice selection of snacks and drinks, and the breakfast for guests. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There is a $10/day parking fee. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to the freeway, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. I will definitely return!
