Overall the trip was good. I paid for the presidential suite. The cleanliness could have been better. There were several areas that were not clean to my standard. I have higher standards when it comes to cleanliness. To the average person it would seem clean but not to me because I pay very close attention to detail. Like little splatters of, who knows what?, on light fixtures, walls, headboard and on the side of cupboards. The headboard actually had a crusty handprint on it. I’m sure you can imagine what that was. I took pictures of all of this. The power went out three times Saturday morning. I’m just happy I didn’t get stuck in the elevator. We had to carry our suitcase and cooler down the stairs, from the 3rd floor, because I wasn’t about to get stuck in the elevator with the power going out multiple times. The jacuzzi in the room made the stay relaxing & enjoyable and the staff was friendly.
