Overall the property and front desk and hotel staff were great but I gave the experience 3 stars because we had disruptive neighbors and no action was taken until we had to call and request it. Also the staff and service at the pool were really really sub par. Not very friendly or attentive and took almost 40 minutes just to get a diet coke and forgot our orders for another 40 minutes before asking what our food order was again. The pool manager needs to do a better job running his team, not on par with a 5 star hotel.

Luxe accommodations, amazing staff! I wish the restaurant menus had better kid options and the pool had more towels but those were tiny things. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable staying at the Conrad! Will return next time I’m in DTLA
