Very good customer service at front desk and housekeeping. Only issue is they should have an ashtray near outdoor bench To avoid unsightly pile of cigarettes.

I was reading reviews before I booked and saw that some were saying how quiet it is. Yes, technically there’s not a lot around it, except for FREEWAYS! All I heard my 2 nights I stayed at this hotel were the car noises from the freeway at night. You have the 15 and 10 fwy in between. It didn’t help that the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap Amazon pillows. Also, our shower head wasn’t strong in the bathroom. So something to consider if you’re big on water pressure from the shower like myself. Only thing I liked was the A/C. It worked well during a heatwave during our stay.

Poor service, communication and unhealthy room

The hotel room lock did not work, was told to keep the key card away from electronics even with a front desk agent accompanying me to the room every time we needed into the room, blood stains on the sheets my daughter was sleeping in, and no one to change the sheets so we were handed sheets and did it ourselves, the air vent fell off in the night, no shampoo in the shower. Offered $50 off the room stay, which was never applied. Got moved to another room after 2 nights and informed the front desk we would be contacting the GM. The window would not close in the new room without shoving it into the window sill. GM was notified of the room issues via email and we have not received any contact back regarding the stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE BEWARE: USED Condoms were in the bed upon check in. Under age boys were opening the pull out bed to sleep in it for the night and as they opened it, they noticed the used condoms, the family went to the lobby to address the issue, the lack of support from staff created frustration and anger. Alexis who was at the front desk did not have back up support to clean up the mess. Alexis explained that they were fully booked (as all the hotels in the area were) and she couldn’t give a different room. She offered $50 off and clean sheets for the family to switch out of the bed, so I stayed in the lobby until other staff arrived so that the staff could be in charge of changing out the sheets. It is beyond disgusting and unacceptable that underage boys had to experience this. In addition to the filthiness of the room, they had requested a two queen beds and one sofa bed. They were given 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Also, I would like to add that I had my own issues with my room, it was also dirty and definitely the sheets had not been changed, the bathroom shower walls soap scum/dirt all over, the sink with dried up toothpaste from previous stays. I want to clarify that these were two separate rooms with different reservations, but I am sharing both.
