Do not recommend - airport shuttle shocking

Airport shuttle service was shocking - it took an hour and is not scheduled, you have to phone to get it and it takes “up to 35 mins” but ours took 1 hour, when you phone you’re put on hold. Room wasn’t clean and there was very little pillows? Also only 1 out of 3 lifts working and very very slow. Poor experience

Convenient to LAX, this property is in desperate need of updating, both the rooms and the exterior amenities. The lobby reeked of marijuana, the rooms and halls had scuffed paint, showers had visible mold and overall just looked worn. Pool area ditto, although the garden outside the pool was relaxing and had comfy chairs. Front desk staff were helpful but one just didn’t seem to care and seemed bothered when asked to help and preoccupied by her personal cell phone. The guy running the bar was amazing, so helpful and went above and beyond and it stood out compared to other staff. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again but it was ok.

Renovations Required

Checking in was a breeze! Edgar who was at the front desk was very helpful & explained everything in detail! He was very detailed with regards to what to expect. The cookies were yummy too! The only complaint that my husband & I have is with regards to the upkeep of the hotel, especially our room! The bathroom looked like it was haphazardly put together!! There was damage to the. Ottom walls, the tiles were unevenly placed, grout was spackled in a hurry, the fire sprinkler looked as if it were just shoved into the ceiling! The.insulation of our room was also substandard! You could hear people talking on the ground floor! We were on the si th floor! Come on now Hilton Properties!. You’re supposed to have a higher standard! We became Hilton members 6 years ago because we wanted to enjoy the comfort and luxury of your hotel chains. Please Please, do proper renovations to this particular hotel. I’m sure that the turnaround rate is high in this area, Thank you for hiring courteous staff all around.

only reason for the 3 stars in staff is because our check is at 11am and Housekeeping walked into the room at 8am while we were sleeping
