I’m requesting a refund for my recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles – Norwalk on October 18, 2025, which I booked through Hotels.com. Upon checking in, I discovered that the room was extremely dirty and not up to the standards advertised.
There were visible stains on the bed and floor, grime around the toilet, and other unsanitary conditions. I’ve attached photos as evidence. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the issue was not resolved, and the room remained in unacceptable condition.
Given the poor and unsanitary state of the accommodation, I’m requesting a full refund for my stay. Please confirm receipt of this message and let me know if you need additional details or photos.
