The staff were friendly, the room was clean but there was no TV remote. It was kinda late by the time I realized it so I just went to bed instead of following up with a staff member. The waterfall shower was nice but I had difficulty getting it on and off. I wanted a room like the one that was pictured (with the iconic wallpaper) but we didn't get one like that.Parking was VERY tight as the spaces were very narrow. Breakfast was super basic.

There was no microwave in the room which was really inconvenient, there was a sewer smell that came from the shower drain every time we used the shower. The breakfast was cereal, muffins and bagels no oatmeal or hot food. You have to pay $7 a day for parking a there’s a $100 deposit when you get there which is refundable after you check out.

Cute and comfortable

Really great for the price. I like how it was so close to everything. Only thing that was a little annoying was the bathroom light not turning off at night. Even if you flipped the switch off, the light would stay on for a couple of minutes and then finally turn off. It would also randomly turn on through the night. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom mirror.

A sweet little place. Loved the decor. Loved the price. Loved the location. Friendly. Prompt service when I called about the television. He came right over and showed me how it works. Absolutely lovely. And amazing sunflower rain showerhead.

Glen Capri has Hollywood history

We stayed here so we could be closer to the venue we were attending. Nice room. .. just needs to be updated a little and a more update look on the outside. Has potential to be a really nice little posh hotel. Great location for us with lots of shopping near by.

The staff was very accommodating. However, the noise was too much, the bed was too soft, the remote batteries were not functioning correctly and I couldn't get a set of batteries from them, and there's a large gap under the front door it looks like a animal could just about the crawl underneath it. And the light switch in bathroom sometimes wouldnt turn off, no toliet paper or towel holder. Probably will not use again

The front desk originally gave me a room close to the freeway, and then the card didn't work right after I checked, and I am nearly went to go try. It did not work. Since I had to go back to the office, I asked for a different room and obviously a new card. He put me right next to the staff room woke me up very early, with their loud talking and their loud radios. It was OK for a one night stay but if you work nights like me, it's not cool getting woken up early. However, the price was right and the parking was only 6.99. I would consider going back, but I would definitely ask to get a room away from that staff room because it was so loud.

My room smelt badly of drains. Front desk seemed pretty uninterested and couldn’t switch my room because they were full. I was advised to speak to the manager in the morning for compensation, but this seemed “too difficult” because I’d booked through Expedia. The room itself was cold and uninviting but the smell was the issue.
