Room 204 has giant vents right outside sliding glass door. There is a loud high pitched humming literally every two minutes each one lasting 10-15 seconds. I timed it. I had a horrible night’s sleep. I asked if I could change rooms but they said they were sold out. Never ever will I stay here again.

We called a couple days ago to ask about early check-in and even offered to purchase an extra night before. And the employee that answered talked us out of purchasing the night before saying early check-in would be no problem. They would do a rush clean on the room and we would be able to check in by 10 AM. When we arrived at 10 AM they said no the room is not ready, we don’t know when it will be ready and no, we cannot contact you when it’s ready. Very unprofessional for a customer that rents from you on a regular basis.

We were in town to visit Universal studios and this hotel was very convenient for that! The beds were pretty hard but the staff was friendly, parking was easy, it was easy to get to and was a fun place to stay!

It seems it was style over substance. Reception area nice decor, but when you get into the room needed quality. Beds, pillows and bathroom could do with a upgrade. The room carpet wasn't laid properly, bumps and creases in it.

I like how the hotel and surrounding feels safe and offers free parking. There’s gas stations and the freeway is easy to access. Theres also plenty of food places around the area that’s only 10 min or less of a drive. The only thing that went wrong during the visit was that after answering the preregistration questions to check in and informing them the time id check in, the room wasn’t available for another hour because they were behind cleaning. On top of that the room they gave us, the door lock doesnt work and you can open the door without the key. They called maintenance to fix the door but didn’t offer us another room until we asked about it. Setting us back 2 hours for our reservations on a different town.
