Never Back to This Hotel – Very Bad Experience

The front desk staff were extremely rude and acted like robots with zero flexibility or humanity. I asked for an early check-in and was told “No, come back at 3 PM,” even though rooms were available. They didn’t care that it was New Year’s Day at all.
I had booked a second night for January 1st, but they forced me to check out at 11 AM and return again at 3 PM to check into a “new room.” No effort to help, no common sense, no customer care. Even worse, the general manager said if a guest doesn’t leave at 11 AM, they would call the police — completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The room was dirty, the hotel smelled bad, furniture was old, there was no microwave in the room, and the internet was very slow.
This place feels run by machines, not humans. No understanding of holidays, situations, or basic respect. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you respect yourself.
