Shower not clean. There was hair in the shower from previous guest. Room had a very musty smell at check in, and we found rat poop in the room. We left that late r that evening and I messaged the hotel through the Hotels.com app, but still haven’t received a response. I would like to get a credit for the 3 nights on my hotels.com account. Very unacceptable room quality and cleanliness.

The first room was damp and smelly and there were 4 industrial fans in the room obviously trying to dry out something. Couldn’t walk into the room without tripping over cords. After slow and pretty condescending behavior from front desk, I was given a different room. It was fine but could have been cleaner.

Unfortunately the room was very smelly , maybe due to the old carpet … Also the chlorine fumes from the pool outside become apparent inside the rooms . Stuffy air inside the room , but the frontdesk people were very nice .

I have been staying here for years. This last stay was shocking. I stayed in room 200 and it was far from the images. The pictures online showed flooring. This room had dated carpet. The curtain smelled like mold and the tile work had poor caulking scattered throughout. The television sound was also going in and out. Will not be staying here anymore. This was once my go to place when I traveled to California. Not anymore.

Unfortunately nothing went right for me at this hotel. Upon checking in I was practically interrogated because I have a service dog. They made me sign all kinds of paperwork and make me feel highly uncomfortable. I have a handicap sign. I have a bad hand. I have PTSD and that’s why I have this Animal who’s fully trained. The room was very drab and uncomfortable and at night It was so lit up that you couldn’t sleep. It was bright and uncomfortable. I had to cut my stay short because one night at this place was more than enough. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
