Host was responsive but the place is roach infested as well as no working water my first seven days there as it did get fixed it’s just super uncomfortable to live there scared to turn on the lights scared to cook anything or have things out because of the roaches on top of that I was sent an email about them wanting to charge 60 for a cleaning fee for moving the couch and bed to clean up under them. Which is ridiculous when the cleaning lady should be moving the furniture to clean after use of the unit for the next guest in the first place. If you’re on your last resort yes but it is roach infested.

The building is actually a place for low income residents. While I have no issue with this I believe what they charge to people on vrbo is pricey. I began my trip in Huntington Beach Hotel at a much cheaper rate per night. Here for a night it is more expensive and you have to buy your own toilet paper and clean your own towels. These factors put me off. However, the host was very accommodating the rooms are nice. They appear to be working on refurbishing the rest of the place and I for one would like to see it when completed. I give it the 3 stars because as I said host is very accommodating and room is clean.
