I was disappointed with the condition of the room compared to what was advertised . The bed feels like a king sized mattress placed on a queen size frame which makes the bed flipping out on both side of the bed. The window shade is damaged and one of the drawers is missing on the left side and even found a sock left behind on right drawer. It shows the room was cleaned properly before my stay The photo online made the hotel and rooms appear much nicer than what I walk into. Unfortunately the actual doesn’t match the advertisement. I also read the reviews from 1-3 years ago and nothing has improved ever since. I also read their reaction to those review with word “we are strive to improve” but nothing has changed ever since. We do not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Check-in was horrible. The staff couldn't find our reservation because he had "given it to someone else." The room was gross, dirty, floors were disgusting. My socks turned BLACK in the two minutes I had my shoes off to find my slippers in my bag.

The bathroom light went out and maintenance claimed to fix it, but it continued to not work. That aside, the staff was friendly and let us move to another room. The rooms themselves were spacious and in fair condition. Lobby and breakfast area were nice.

The pictures of the room didn’t match the room we were in. One of the things was a couch. There was no place to sit, other than the bed. We called and asked but they said they j ok it had one couch and that room was already taken.

Even on the first night I wasn't happy with the cleanliness. The stained bath, weird smell in the room and brown stains between the shower tiles. I requested an early checkout, but neither Ebookers nor Greentree agreed. I bought my own sheets, towel and slippers and toughed it out. Lesson learned. Won't be back. PS On the plus side; Good location, solid wifi and free parking.
