Nice hotel Convenient to the freeway Bed was comfy. Room was a bit small but clean There was no microwave? No clock ? The fridge was on a two hour timer and shut off during the night. Not sure why Otherwise it was pleasant and had a nice dog run in the back.

We recently stayed in a room that appeared to be designed for accessibility, which we understand and appreciate. While we are not handicapped ourselves, we found a significant safety issue with the shower. The shower consistently flooded the entire bathroom floor, making it very slick and creating a frequent slipping hazard. Despite understanding the intention of the room's design, the flooding made the bathroom feel quite unsafe. We hope this can be addressed for future guests. Otherwise, this trip went incredibly smooth in terms of hotel accommodations and our stay overall, along with all our fellow wedding goers that stayed there for the long weekend!

Poor conditions. No air in summer.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this particular facility over the last 3 years. This was the worst experience and we will not be returning. The refrigerator was only able to be turned on for two hours at a time. If we didn’t want anything to spoil we had to get up every two hours , through the night, to keep turning it on. Needless to say the food spoiled. The air conditioning was the same. It kept turning off and would only go to 72 degrees at the coolest. We did get up multiple times to turn it back on through the night. Then there was the bathroom. The owners have let this place run down while raising prices.

The room was modern and cozy. Great work space, tv and sizable bathroom with a great shower. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The AC worked wonderfully and were were able to make the room a little chilly, the way we like it.

WiFi non-existent for 95% of the stay

Honestly the Hampton is a nice hotel. My primary grievance with the visit involved a power outage. I understand that losing power is outside the control of the hotel and it was restored relatively fast. The Wifi, however, remained down afterward all the way until checkout the following day. When I called the front desk to inquire about it I received the equivalent of a nonchalant shrug. Not even an apology for the inconvenience.

I let the gentleman know that my room smelled. It smelled like throw up. He said he woikd send facilities to do something and it never happened. I was too tired to ask for another room. I used a body spray to help with the smell.
