I got this room specifically so my kids could sleep on the pull out bed. Pull out bed was completely destroyed when we tried using it. The best they could do is bring us a twin mattress to sit in the floor. The bathroom set up was super awkward and our door was broken and constantly opened into the sink area. AC kept turning itself down super low to 63 even though we would set it at 71. One nightstand had ZERO plugs while the other one had multiple plugs. Matress wasn't super comfortable either. I'd find another hotel next time I'm in Hollywood.

Would stay here again. Allowed us to check-in early and check-out late due to flights. Breakfast was amazing every AM. Housekeeping was great and kept us stocked in clean towels as we requested. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. It was also quite spacious, which is definitely a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a bit of a downside — it felt somewhat dirty and not very safe, but that’s Los Angeles, so it wasn’t really a surprise. Still, I would recommend this hotel.

PropertY is on Vine a few blocks down from Hollywood where the stars are. Good treck to the Dolby Theatre area. Close to Paramount. The property was clean but only cleaned every other day which may be the norm now. They were good in getting us towels if we asked. Breakfast was great. Beds and Pillows comfortable.
