Comfortable hotel and wonderful location. It's in a safe and walkable area, loved being able to walk around and explore. The hotel is very clean and had nice amenities. The staff was very helpful. We brought our dog with us. We received notice of a complaint about her barking for a few minutes when we left our room to go to the hotel bar our first night. We didn't want to bother other guests and requested a different room if possible. Big kudos to Kat at the front desk for helping us go to another room so quickly. So accommodating and helpful! Really appreciate her warmth and kindness. On our last night, we had stepped into the hallway for a few seconds and heard our dog bark and went right back into the room to calm her down and stay in for the night. We immediately got a call from the hotel there was a complaint about her barking. Not the hotel's fault, but the guests appear to have low tolerance for sound. I heard plenty of noise from other rooms but figured folks are allowed to exist in their rooms. The hotel staff were accommodating to us, but it made it hard to be comfortable and enjoy our trip knowing other guests were so ready to complain. We travel with her all the time in hotels and this is the first time we've ever received complaints. I wouldn't recommend bringing your dog to this hotel. The hotel is dog friendly, but the other guests are not.

Clean, quiet and relatively inexpensive. Comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and didn’t have any issues. Enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was super soft and warped. The room was okay and the front desk was nice. Strange that they charge $32 for parking when public parking which is just as close was $7. I also didn’t like that there was an additional fee that apparently I didn’t pay through Expedia. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Staff was friendly, helpful and nice to work with. Good location. The main negative was how noisy it was in hotel st night. Hotel not responsible but people talking loud in hallways late at night was an issue. Next time earplugs!
