There is nothing immediately nearby except the cruise port and the Queen Mary. We were able to walk across the pedestrain bridge to get to restaurants and other shopping but there are no drug stores or grocery stores within walking distance. The property commons areas could use a little TLC but our room was clean, comfortable and looked nice. Id stay here again if i left on a cruise from here, the complementary cruise shuttle was great to have when you get nickel and dimed for everything else.

This hotel was very enjoyable. Great location - stunning views and well furnished rooms. The rooms did have a few spiderwebs visible & the elevator was a bit dirty with visible spiderwebs and an odd smell. Overall hotel was quite nice.

The toilet didn’t flush, hence not being eco friendly. The hot tub is lit up like an interrogation room at all times, and you are required to wear a wristband to prove that you paid $250/night and $45 parking. I’ve never paid $300 to be so insulted and to hold the handle down and count to 5 before.
