Located in the Tree Section of Manhattan Beach, the home is situated in close proximity (and walkable) to both Downtown Manhattan Beach as well as Manhattan Village restaurants and shopping. The Greenbelt walking trail is easily accessible and only a short distance away from the home. The trail leads to the downtown areas as well as surrounding communities like Hermosa Beach. No garage access. Driveway parking (2 spaces) and street parking available.
