The room was decent for the price, but it definitely needs a deep cleaning (floor and bath tub). Also, please provide better toiletries, especially soap; an inch x 3/4 inch of soap doesn’t work…

You get what you pay for.

Check in was fast, had to check in through a bulletproof window and couldn’t see who I was talking to. Beds were clean but the walls and floor were pretty dirty.

The room was non smoking but smelled like tobacco. The floors were so dirty I had to keep my sandals on just to walk around the room and use the restroom. You could hear and feel the springs in the bed. Cardboard was used to keep the bed leveled. There was no lock/latch for the door. Front desk called at 10:30 to ask if we were checking out yet when check out was at 11. They asked for a cash deposit when the room was already paid for .
