Mediterranean Resort Style Living

Charming Spanish style home in historical part of Long Beach, with pool, jacuzzi, in a resort style backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen that is fully equipped, makes this a great home for small families and couples.

4 guests are included in the nightly price. After that it is an additional $25.00 dollars per guest per night extra, up to a maximum of 8 guests in total (all depending on the sleeping arrangements).

Long Beach quiet hours are from 10:00pm till 8:00am.
Long Beach pool/jacuzzi hours are from 7:00am till 10:00pm for VRBO/Short Time Rental guests.

NO parties/larger gatherings, and don’t use my home & yard as an entertainment hub. If you want to have a friend or family member over, no problem, but please give me a heads-up, and let me know how many people will be coming by and if they are staying the night. If they are staying the night, and the total amount is larger than 4 guests, an extra fee per guest per night will be applied.

My house is located in a suburban neighborhood, and out of respect for my neighbors, I can’t have any loud conduct on my premises. Thank you for understanding!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off the airconditioning/heating, and all the lights in the house, except for the light in the cove in the hallway, the light on the speaker in the living room, and the front porch light.
Put all used towels in the bath tub of the master bedroom. Leave comforters and pillows in their covers and on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Adorable & welcoming curb-appeal with dedicated driveway parking. AC throughout, all kitchen/cooking needs met, awesome library, and sweet sound system w/ BIG screen television. The WiFi speed great for working remotely streaming to devices. Clean and well-equipped bedrooms/bathrooms lodged my sister and I, as well as our elder parents. That… backyard space (WOW!) soothed our souls back to our Islander-roots. The water was plenty warm without being heated. The homeowner’s check-in/-out and communication process was clear and responsive. This home is like a little sanctuary on a lovely street in a neighborhood where we felt safe and where we had easy access to fuel, stores, food and the highway. Thank you, Jorgen — we look forward to booking again in the future!

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed Jorgen’s place. Great communication and the pool was a hit. Staying in August it was perfect without being heated. In fact we rarely heated the hot tub as my younger kids could use it as a smaller pool. The pool is deep, which was great for my older kids. We would consider staying again if in the area.

Good wine needs no bush!

Jorgen and I were both new to VRBO. His place is fantastic in any terms - not only sharing the intimate Mediterranean vibe and his personal collection but also the care and patience Jorgen presents! My friends and I were truly grateful to spend time over here and we were so glad this was the place where we kicked off 2024! Big thanks Jorgen!
