Left a memo for late check in and they said they will do it for us. I CALLED TWO Times. But when I got there, they said there is no memo and refused to check us in also they put me as no call no show and charged me for extra. Absolutely the most dirty experience I had and will never go back. They need to learn how to apologize first. I showed them the record that I called with the front desk but they said that number goes through reservation desk. However, when I called that exact same number in front of them, the front desk phone rang. Haha what a coincident right?

Do Not Book This Motel 6.

Not the best service I’ve experienced. We called ahead of time, asking if “Early Check-in’s” were possible & IMMEDIATELY told me no, without offering the possibility of it. I understand if rooms are fully booked, but the possibility of “Early Check-in’s” is still a chance if current bookings leave on time or even earlier than “check-out time”. Once we got to the Motel, there was no such thing as “Friendly Service”. Attitude was given by staff. Whether they were stressed due to a busy weekend, that is NO excuse to provide attitude to customers. I WILL NOT be returning to this Motel 6. By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their Supervisor on duty - NESTOR, needs to be re-evaluated as a supervisor. For someone in that position, a MUCH better approach must be presented. This establishment needs WORK.
