Gross unpleasant stay

Extremely gross and dirty. Room smelled like smoke. Loud neighbors and kids all and night. Loud road noise. Surrounding area is very sketchy.

Cigarette smoke in the non smoking room. Shady crowd and guy next door was blasting his TV all night. Staff were great but they couldn't swap rooms for us so we had to deal with it.

The staff is really great and helpful. The manager is very accommodating to your stay and needs. The rooms are kept very clean, housekeeping is on top of everything. The place is pretty quiet and the staff is quick to intercept any disruptions and handle them accordingly to keep the guests safe. There is a Dennys, Applebees and Red Robin in a walkable distance along with other shops. Pet friendly as well. Shout out to Melina and Alejandra for being great staff!
