3 adults in town for business. Overall experience was great - it was exactly what we needed in a location with excellent access to amenities.
The home is cozy with plenty of space to stretch out, and while the experience overall was great, there are a few niggling things that could have made it better.
Outlet location in the queen and king rooms is a problem unless you have very long cords - bring a power strip.
The shower between the twin and queen rooms is either freezing cold or very hot; fortunately, the other bathroom was great and what we all used for showers which made us have to change our schedules a bit... Nothing drastic.
Beds were comfortable - the king is memory foam and can get a bit warm, but there's a fan in the closet if you need it. Bedding was perfect.
Aesthetically, it's a cute home in a very dense neighborhood, but that L. A. for you. Although I wouldn't consider the updates new (some stains on blinds, loose floor threshold, weird shower) or necessarily upscale (entirely subjective), it was nicely appointed and met our needs. We were comfortable.
Regardless of the truly minor issues, I would happily stay again and recommend the property. Oh! And Ghayan, the owner, was easy to communicate with.
