Very old carpet throughout and smells musty throughout hallways. Floor in the bathroom was not clean. The staff was nice however.

Great building and location. But outdated.

The hotel building its great, the bed was comfortable. But the big issue for me was the floor carpet. Very old dirty and glued on top of each other. The elevator very dirty, it fills unsafe. It Appears that the owners don't want to invest in the building. I will not go back. I travel for business, and stay in a budget friendly hotels I can see the difference. I believe ist a Management issue. I can tell this hotel building used to be beautifull and classy.

The best Hotel

I booked through hotels.com and had requested a downstairs room. When I arrived. I entered the spacious well-lit lobby and was greeted by Courtney. Check-in was easy and quick. The room itself was amazing. It was clean for the first time. I was able to walk barefoot on the carpet. The TV had all kinds of cool channels. It had a refrigerator and a microwave! It had a bathtub shower combination. Two different security guards. I'm disabled and was having a really hard time that day. Courtney asked the security guard to help me. Which he did! It was quiet. The pool was so clean. There was a lot of outdoor space decorated with lights. It was a wonderful stay! I am definitely booking them. When I go down to Irwindale again. It's rare to find good caring service, a clean room, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I was going down weekends for the Renaissance pleasure Fair in Irwindale. I stayed at three other hotels and they didn't compare. I really recommend this hotel!

West Covina Stay

Apparently the bar closes when it wants. Places should not advertise a bar if it’s probably not open. Amenities were minimal. Shampoo in shower didn’t work.
