Decent stay

Checking in was easy, no issues. The guy at the front desk was very friendly. They dont have an elevator so if you have an issue with stairs try getting a 1st floor room. The room itself was clean but could use some updating. The bed felt like i got sloped to the middle, i woke up with my back hurting. The furniture is a little outdated also, but overall it was a decent stay at a reasonable price.

the room was disaster hair everywhere the floor was stained and smelled horrible, keys never worked i had to walk every time to the front desk and get a new one, the bath tub was so old it was moving same as the toilet seat, there was no microwave in the room just one in the laundry room so dirty and filthy, was a waste of money and time horrible

Avoid this place at all costs. The towels were horrible. There is no conditioner in the room. The bars of soap are tiny. The bed needed to be replaced probably 10 years ago. And now let’s talk about the front desk staff. The woman who checked us in was rude and felt as if she was doing us a service just by talking to her. Simple amenities that we asked for such as a blow dryer were nonexistent. When asking for conditioner, they said to go down to the local CVS. Upon seeing our room, I tried to get a refund for the second night and they said sorry it’s all been paid for no refund even though you can get a refund 24 hours in advance. Lots of noise in the parking lot and right next to the freeway. And if you were trying to get into the room with your card key, good luck! It took us five minutes to get into the room with a card key And then take a look around the clientele and you have just discovered that you’ve gone to a place five notches below a motel six I’ve stayed in places in Third World countries that were more accommodating than this place And to think I paid $100 a night Coffee in the room? No such luck toilet that constantly leaked throughout the night. There you have it. Well, at least the air conditioning worked

The room is outdated, and the key is an old tech magnet card that 99% of the time doesn't work. We have to constantly refresh the card at the machine. The room has no Wi-Fi, no coffee, and the fridge doesn't work. The closet door can't close properly, there's no microwave, and there's not even any water

The 1st room I was in had dirty sheets and bed bugs on the mattress and mattress cover. I asked for a different room and was told no because they were all booked (which I knew to be a lie). I was given a stack of folded sheets to change myself because heaven forbid the front desk lady get off her butt to help me. I asked 3 times to get our room switched but was told they only had one bed smoking rooms left. I went up to change the sheets and couldn’t do it. Not only was the bed disgusting but there was a cockroach waiting for me in the bathroom. I went back downstairs and called her bluff. I said I’d take another room even if it meant only having one bed. She pretended to search the computer and after 2 seconds told me she’d move some things around. I played along and thanked her. The next room had similar issues so I took the sheets she gave me and put them over the made bed and used the throw I had in my car for a blanket. The rooms are dirty, and the bathrooms aren’t any better. The water in the shower will go from cold to scalding hot with no warning. Everyone in the complex uses the one filthy microwave that’s downstairs in the laundry room. I spoke with a woman while waiting to use the microwave and she told me how she also demanded to change rooms bc of how disgusting her first room was. She said she unknowingly got the carpeted room and it was just filthy. The manager (or so he said he was) was so incredibly rude. There were two office staff that were nice.

Terrible experience after a long drive – rude and unhelpful I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM with my 3 children after driving for nearly 12 hours. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia for two rooms: one listed as 1 adult and 1 child, the other as 1 adult and 2 children — all clearly stated in the booking details, including the children's ages. Despite this, the front desk rudely told me, “I can’t take 3 people in one room,” and refused to check us in. I explained that I booked through Expedia and that everything was properly listed, but he completely ignored what I said and didn’t even try to help or find a solution. Instead, we were turned away at 1:30 in the morning with three tired kids. I ended up finding another hotel at 2:30 AM and had to pay around $100 more because of this unacceptable treatment. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give the lowest rating possible, I would. I’ve been using Expedia for years and have never encountered something like this. I will also file an official complaint through Expedia, and I will never stay at a hotel from this group again.

First, my reservation through Expedia did not go through and I should have taken that as the sign. They had available rooms and sadly, this is what I can afford as of today. The night clerk was proactive and helpful, so props to him. His name is Jay. In the room, I saw no visible bed bugs at all, but I could not sleep due to the horrible itchiness the bed sheets gave me. I kid you not, the following morning I woke up with contact dermatitis or something, which looked like small bites (very specific pinpointing dots on my arms and upper torso). Wasted money and putting my health at risk. No thank you. Never again. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT.

Check-in through a dark window instead of a lobby. Lobby was closed even though it was before 6:00 PM - Could barely hear or see the clerk due to freeway traffic noise. Bathroom floor had a puddle and the carpet next to the bathroom was wet. Room was dirty, needed painting. Magnetic door lock was hit or miss for operation. Bathroom light sometimes went on.

Layout was cool and easy, pool area and jacuzzi was fine and nice. We wanted non smoking a room. Our first room reeked of mildew and the carpet floor was wet. Front office staff was very laid back, kind and professional, very helpful. They switched our room easily. We wanted non smoking, which we technically got, but it smelled like smoke, and the next morning the clean clothes we slept in smelled like smoke and dirty. The fridge was broken, and when opened smelled horrible. Parking was great easy

My stay was rather peaceful. Until i went to reserve a room for a 3rd night and was denied. The front desk attendant informed me that the manager placed me on a "no rent" list. When i inquired as to why I was rold I had ro wait to speak with manager. When he became out I introduced myself, and I never got his name. When i asked him about why I had been banned he said there was unregistered fuests (mind you its a fmily of 4) and alit if foot patrol in and out of room. I days "whats that? I have kids do it wouldbe be anyone in and out of my room except us because we smoke in the lot (no smoking facility) then he says "I spoke to your guest/boyfriend about talking with guys in the parking lot about that were a bad crowd, and he brushed me off and I asked him what room? he said 128" now mind you, I didn't have any issues that speak to anybody the whole time I was there and to be told that I was ban because he is a reflection of me. NOT ANYTHING I DID! But his unprofessionalism is a reflection on them. Well thats highly discriminatory to tell a grown perosn who they canvtalk to and were not from the area so wouldnt know whats going on on his property. Smh so sad it was a nice area.

We stayed for 3 nights, first room was absolutely disgusting and my wife and I were very tired from our long trip. Next morning I went to the front office and found the lobby closed. Keep in mind it was 9AM, when we checked in the previous afternoon it was open. I told the young man at the counter of how disgusting the room was and he immediately offered the adjacent room. It was slightly cleaner although both rooms only had one electrical outlet and both refrigerators did not work even if plugged in. Carpet in first room was gross and was coming up, walls were filthy and needed paint. Caulking in bathroom was black and covered in mildew. Fan was broken and missing its cover, one of the most unsanitary rooms I have ever stayed in ! I took numerous photographs of both rooms to document this horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone, on the contrary I would warn them to stay away.
