Originally was checked into a room that was inhabitable. The refrigerator was opened with towels inside it in a huge puddle of water on the floor. I was moved to another room.

Wrong rooms. They were supposed to be connected rooms on lower level handicap. Ended up not even close one upstairs and one downstairs. Then they gave a man a key to our room he just walked in said it was the room they gave him. Said they provided shuttle to ship port but they only do it for a limited amount of people so you have to pay 50.00 to get to port. When I mentioned my concerns he just said sorry do you need anything else. No help with luggage and no carts to loud/ unload luggage. Would not recommend at all
