I had a late check in and i rang the bell for more than an hour until someone came out annd the deposit was ridiculous qt $50!!! They were obviously racist because i was latina. Then they didn’t give me my deposit till 5 days later! Also my room had no blankets! Staff is rude!!!

Did not end up staying there…called the hotel to explain that my wife and son would be checking in because plan got adjusted and I was not able to a company them on the trip. The lady I spoke w informed me that it wouldn’t be possible to allow them to check in if I wasn’t w them-when attempting to see if there was anyway to alleviate the situation-the lady I spoke w was rude; was not accommodating at all-would not even attempt to resolve the issue and ultimately hung up on me as a result. I was not aggressive in anyway nor rude yet that’s how I was treated. In the end my wife and son had to go get another room and these people still charge me for a room that they wouldn’t let us use. So no not enjoyable trip and I would not ever suggest this hotel again
