Horrible hotel cancelled multiple day reservation would not return any money and even though I was late only the first day they kept all additional days and were dishonest when I came on second and charged my card for the entire stay even though they led me to believe it was for incidentals and it was only a hold so they got paid twice and rudely told me it was my problem

Parking included. Very easy access, close to Malibu Canyon (which is the only way to that part of the coast north of the fires), easy in/out and pleasant interactions with staff. Clean rooms. Just right for our budget and taste.

The staff was very friendly—we arrived at 3 a.m. and were placed on the third floor. Unfortunately, the entire floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I requested a room change because my one-year-old son has asthma, but for $500 for just two nights, the experience just didn’t feel worth the cost.
