Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The check-in was smooth, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The amenities were top-notch ñ. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. What really stood out was the hospitality—everyone went above and beyond to make our trip special. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

The room was clean, spacious and there’s lots of outlets. The air conditioner however was rattling loudly all night. And I had originally booked a double queen room and was told only a suite was available with 1 king bed. It was uncomfortable to share among 3 people on the bed, and I felt the attitude of the staff was very unapologetic for the inconvenience. I paid for a specific room, I should have been guaranteed it or accommodated for the inconvenience.
