PROS: The location of this property is great, and we found the inside of the home to be very clean. There was plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out. The property manager was very responsive and would not hesitate to book a different property with them in the future.
The pool/spa heat worked great.
CONS: The home was lacking what we'd consider to be basics for a VRBO - for example, pool towels (only one towel per guest was provided), pots and pans (literally only 4 mini fry pans and 1 medium sauce pan!) and wine glasses.
There are beds for 10 people though advertised to sleep 14. There are 4 thin (Max 2") floor pads provided only suitable for a young child, so these must be the other "beds" - however, only enough bedding provided for one of these pads. Speaking of bedding, there are loads of pillows but few pillow cases. Many pillows had shams, but I'm guessing those aren't washed between guests. Yuck. None of the beds had top sheets, and it's highly unlikely they're washing all of the comforters (no duvet covers) between guests. Double yuck.
We did point these things out to the property manager who said they'd let the cleaning crew know of our concerns...not a house I'd stay in again.
Also everything outside was in desperate need of pressure washing. The home reminded us of a frat house turned VRBO, or an abandoned grandpa's house that they're trying to make $$ on. In fact there were several pairs of men's shoes plus a bag of men's clothes in the closet.
