Pros- very nice and respectful staff, excellent breakfast, clean common areas. Cons - we stayed here for 3 nights and never had our room cleaned even though we took the privacy door hanger off and were gone from the room from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Trash cans overflowing, no clean towels and a pile of dirty ones in the room. It was disappointing because we loved everything else but a dirty room is not it.

We’ve stayed at several Springhill suites before. This has been sadly the worst stay, and I was surprised. The bed sheets were stained, the head board had some unknown origin white residue… several of the plugs didn’t work for charging ports and the television remote wouldn’t work. Not a place for families to stay whatsoever.

There was no water pressure and nobody to fix it the first day. Was told to wait till the next day at 8am someone would come to fix it. No other rooms available. The next day nobody showed up until 11am. I asked the desk for towel service while i was out and when i got back in the evening no towels. Was not a good time
