Charming home right next to the beach. It's an easy walk to second street where there are lots of food options. Super kid friendly. We enjoyed renting kayaks and touching the jelly fish in the harbor. Definitely recommend.

Yes. Yes. Yes!!! We LOVED our week and a half stay in this beautifully decorated, amenity filled to overflowing, comfortable place with sun drenched days of Long Beach

. walkable to shops and great restaurants and coffee shops!!!Once again I left having fallen in love with the people, neighborhood, property and relaxed way of life of Long Beach,So appreciated Suzanne’s hosting as she was accessible and always ready to answer questions and help! She made process SO easy. There was NOTHING missing including beach gear, options for outdoor seating and wonderful fire table. Cannot wait to get back. All was well worth it!!!

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband & I while visiting our granddaughter who attends CSULB. She stayed with us as well & the 3 of us couldn’t have felt more at home. Everything was just as listed; nothing is left out. The host is attentive & caring. We will definitely book this home again when next we visit Long Beach!

Our stay met all our expectations: The cottage was comfortable, the locations proximity to both the beach and 2nd Avenue made walking along the beach or going to a restaurant made it a perfect place to stay.The property manager was wonderful. she was responsive immediately when we had a question or issue it was resolved. The welcome book with all its information was an unexpected help that made our stay very easy and enjoyable.We had a great time and the accommodations were wonderful!

The best! Great location, comfortable furniture and beds. Tasteful decor, the best equipped kitchen I have encountered in any condo or rental. If I owned a second home, i would want it to look like and be like this home. Wonderful manager: communicative, responsive, informative. I hope to return!

A wonderful place in a great location

The home is very clean and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and, the outdoor space very well thought out. The bay is across the street and the beach, a couple blocks from there. I learned to use the back alleyway during the day when the city closes the side/back road (which is nice). Great to have the parking spot. We felt safe, comfortable and at home. Thank you so much for hosting us!!!

Thank you for sharing your home. The location was perfect for morning walks along the beach, a day of kayaking and evening strolls to the candy shop. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed (and more), and had very comfortable beds. Would love to return to this property.

Holiday Getaway

We love staying at the shore and this bungalow is the perfect spot to enjoy the sites and sounds. With a short walk to the “little beach” as my daughter calls it and another short walk to food and fun, this house is perfect for family and friends. It has a great host and a cozy and clean vibe. I highly recommend.

Perfect Location and Great Accommodations

We absolutely loved this property! It was within walking distance from so many things! The bay was literally in sight from the kitchen window, a short three minute walk to the softest, cleanest, sandiest beach and also so close to restarting a, bars, and salons for a midday pedicure! Super cute home close to the beach

The house was exactly as advertised, so cute and comfortable. You can see the bay from the kitchen and back of the house. Miles of sandy beach are a five minute walk away. It was just the right amount of space for three people. We really enjoyed all of the different outside living spaces. The only negative was the amount of traffic that goes by the house. The cars go slow but during the day it was fairly constant.

We love this cute little beach house! As a Long Beach native who now lives in the Bay Area, we love coming here to feel like we're on vacation while visiting family. The house is perfect for a family of four and is located in a prime spot. The property manager is so helpful and very responsive as well!

Perfect Shore Spot

We LOVED Suzanne’s beach house. With a 2 block walk to the ocean and steps to a tranquil bay, we were able to spend so much time at the water. The house is beautiful, cozy and clean. We loved relaxing on the patio and eating dinner on the outdoor dining table. The neighborhood is super walkable and aside from groceries, we didn’t even need a car. Can’t wait to come back again next summer!
