The room was great but the bathroom sink was leaking out of the floorboards everytime the water was running. Also the pillows could be better & parking should be for guest only. I paid all the nights of parking and when getting back from an outing there was no parking spaces left. The issue was addressed but it was an inconvenience.

It was spotless and all new small Japanese style room and so cozy, great property and park right at your room. I already booked my next trip to LA in Jan. also very centrally located . and love the digital key that is the last 4 digit of you phone number , what a great idea!!!

The people were nice enough and everything was clean, but we were given the smallest room “a postage stamp” as I referred to it with barely enough room to turn around on one side of the bed. The bathroom was the same and the water in the shower would not shut off all the way. We made due anyway. There is no concierge on site, and check in was done remotely using a video kiosk. Once inside the parking area there was enough space to pull in and turn around. That is a positive as was the housekeeping lady who was very helpful. The best part of this motel was that it was right next to a lovely little park with a great playground and exercise equipment.
