Bad customer service -front desk

The front desk person was rude. I felt unwelcomed. He did NOT offer any information about the site and appeared bothered when I asked him simple questions such as where parking was located and if there was a fee. He failed to inform me parking would automatically be debited from the credit card he asked for incidentals. There was no information provided if there was bell boy or cart for luggage. I called to ask for a toothbrush and the person who answered declined to bring it until I asked for extra towels.

Suprisingly a great place and especially if you want to get to know the nightlife of USC. Love that USC has this available for families visiting, prospective students, and new student families trying to make a decision!
