Charming home storybook Traditional in woodbridge park. This Cozy three bedrooms, two bathrooms, built in the 1940s offers the opportunity to enjoy As is. Feature new wood floors throughout the house and new carpet in the family room and in the Master bedroom. Beautiful kitchen open to formal dining room, Spacious Living room with storybook windows providing natural lights, a center fireplace with side shelving creating sophisticated design. The family tv room has a new carpet. The master suit offers an updated bathroom, closet. Two additional large bedrooms and sharing one updated bathroom. There is a separate laundry room and a two detached car garage. The yard is completely private with a small concrete basketball play area. Amazing location, in a wonderful neighborhood, walking distance to tujunga village with Aroma Cafe, Vitello's and Caioti pizza cafe, close to major studios including CBS Radford, Universal, Disney, Warner Bros, and other popular restaurants and shops on Ventura Blvd.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of CBS Studio Center. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. The cottage includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
