Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the room rate was good. Please note that when taking a shower, the bathtub can get quite slippery. At least it was in my room. There was no mat for the tub, so I asked the front desk if I could have one. They said they did not have any which is quite disappointing. I think this is quite a safety concern for elderly clients or those with some disabilities.

They went and supposedly clean the room they left the door open after they didn’t even close it the sheets, blanket and curtains all had burnt holes on them. The floor doesn’t look like it was vacuumed ever. Dirty place the ladie in the front don’t know owner and employee she doesn’t want to be there

Properly, the rooms have definitely been renovated recently. They're clean and somewhat put together. The room was missing odd things. Like there was no do not disturb/ no turndown service sign. So everyday we had to decline service personally. As well as the room has no peephole. The cleaning stuff was very friendly, and the front office staff was short but to the point. Overall, it was an average experience, relatively inexpensive, and in a good location to be able to go to many different attractions and museums.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Worst experience we literally just checked in and go to the room when I asked for non smoking they said they didn’t have any then put me in a smoking room smelled horrible and the sheets where dirty had hairs and I went to just cancel and they told me since I entered the room I can’t I offered to pay a one night fee and then just get what’s rest back then they said if I pay 11 dollars for a cleaning fee they can put me in a non smoking room but they specifically said they didn’t have any so it’s horrible I’m still waiting for my refund never again don’t even come here
