Stay prepared

We stopped just for one night passing through. The front desk staff was awesome, she tried to make our stay great. After we checked into the room, the room had a musky odor, not much lighting, chair was broken, the tv/remote did not work. Hotel does not have refrigerator or microwave. Room was kind of crowded with the 2 beds in one room.They do have a hot breakfast, kitchen staff not very friendly but breakfast was okay. Night shift front staff member was the positive part of stay. She went above and beyond to try to help us.

The area seems sketchy and we felt weird about parking our car there overnight, but luckily, it was fine. Good amount of parking spots. However, no hand soap at the sink. When I went to ask the front desk, they said it's the one mounted to the wall in the bathtub.. just an odd way for guests to have to wash their hands. Our bedsheet had a burn mark on the sheets so a portion of it right under the back was folded up, hard and crusty. My fiance had to get place a pillow over it since it was very uncomfortable poking his back. For a night's stay, it did the job but it would have to take a miracle for me to return here again. The pictures were much better than the quality of stay we received.

Fast friendly service by Christina. My room had No bath towels, soap, t.v remote. I called the front desk, they never came. The room stank like cigarrets even after i sprayed it with fabreeze. My room was on the side of the freeway , it was noisy at night. Three trains passed by, one at 1:30 a.m, second at 2:00 a.m, thrird at 3:00 a.m. Very noisy.

I normally stay in this area because their place is nice, but unfortunately, my room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Also, when I got my key card, I had to go back to the office because the first time it didn’t work. The lady upfront was nice enough to remind me to get my $50 deposit after forgetting. The area is not the cleanest, but it’s really not that bad. I wish I had a different room.

The room was great for my wife and one daughter, clean plenty of parking, free breakfast for all three. I will definitely go back again for the price and the quality. The only down (and the hotel is NOT to blame for it) is how close to Hwy-99 traffic noise and railroad tracks.
