Our room was switched 2 times. 1st room smelled like cigarettes, the girl was super rude about it but gave us a different room. 2nd room, we were on our way out to dinner when I realized the door to the room did not lock. They finally switched us into an ok room but still maybe 5/10. The bed boards and sheets in the first 2 rooms had cigarette burns on them. The carpets are extremely filthy throughout the hallways and in the room. The continental breakfast was a bag with a Twinkie and knotts raspberry cookies because they had “ran out of sandwiches”. In the food area they had a gallon of Sunny D and a gallon of milk. Oh and they offered me a hotpocket. SMH. Just a terrible terrible place. Definitely not family friendly or sanitary. The pictures online have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the place.

Old and tired, cheap for a reason.

This place in old and tired, should be torn down as remodeling would not be worth it. Didn't even look at the breakfast as you wouldn't eat within 100 feet of this place.

We had a generally positive experience at this hotel, with the friendly and attentive staff being a definite highlight of our stay. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The pillows were a bit too soft to me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service,

Everything was good, our room was clean and nice, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was ok, they gave us different kinds of cookies and a croissant sandwich.

Poor food—breakfast in a bag—not as advertised Bathroom needs complete overhaul—moldy tiles missing tiles —shower fixture poor—tv situation was terrible—no cable with regular stations—had to use internet stations and then the internet kept going out! Decrepit Building and Rooms

Property was in a severe state of disrepair. Peeling and chipped paint everywhere, carpets peeling up from the floor, etc. The hallway smelled like a poorly-kept house with too many pets and was in even worse shape than the room. The exterior doors were not secured at all and the room doors were hollow core doors with no extra locking mechanisms.

Overall a property I personally would not choose again. If I had my children or grandchildren with me I would have forfeited my money and gone somewhere else. Pros: Easy access off freeway. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Pet friendly. Cons: Door missing locks. Walls dirty. Floors sticky. No fridge. No in room phone to call front desk. Bedding and towels had holes and/or stains (washed but stained). AC kinda worked but it was barely blowing so room was warm. Appears to be a weekly/monthly with people sitting in stairwells at all hours. Strong odor of recreational substances in hallways. Hallways very dirty with torn carpet and grime covered walls. When I was there, there was a kitchen digital scale sitting on the curb out front (read that info as you may about the area). Overall the hotel is in poor shape and the area/environment does not encourage warm fuzzy safe feelings. While it is outdated that would be fine if it was clean and in good repair-which it is not.
