We had a wonderful time with our 8- and 15-year-old boys. Everything was perfect—El Encanto is the best all-inclusive resort we’ve tried in Cabo. The views are breathtaking, the infinity pools are beautiful, and the food and service are top quality. The rooms are very clean, The staff are extremely friendly. I’ll mention some names I recall, but truly, everyone was amazing. ***Juan and Ramon at El Ferno Pizza Place, along with the entire kitchen crew, were fantastic. Ariel, Adrian, and their assistant (the young lady) made the entertainment unforgettable. ****Brian my dear friend at Roscos, as well as Cesar and Michelle at the Mexican Grill, were exceptional (and my apologies to anyone whose name I forgot to mention) including all wonderful kitchen crew and cleaning team(Rosa) always smiling and nice. Don’t miss the spa—it’s incredible and far beyond your typical spa experience. Thank you, and we will be back! Just a small recommendation for the owner: consider adding a glass roof over the entrance tables at the Italian restaurant by the pool, and don’t close the infinity pool at 6, Thank you.

This was a beautiful property with good food and spectacular scenery for an affordable price. Positive: affordable, clean, spacious room, beautiful decor, great scenery, good food, courteous and fun staff, affordable all inclusive upgrade to get premium liquors, adults only infinity pool by the ocean Negative: no swimmable beach, no nighttime activities, must sign checks but its still all inclusive, dinner restaurants follow strict dress code If you want to go to a swimmable beach or go out at night the resort has access to transportation to do that. We just decided to enjoy the on site pools. The dinner restaurants require men to have closed toe shoes and women to have at least dressy sandals. Despite all this, we will definitely be coming back here. Also, absolutely loved the hammocks!!

Our stay at Hacienda Encantada Resort in Cabo was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Alejandro C. and Luis C. From the moment we arrived, both Alejandro and Luis went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They were incredibly hospitable, genuinely personable, and always professional. Whether it was helping us navigate the resort, assisting with special requests, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, their warmth and attention to detail made a lasting impression. It’s not often you find staff who treat guests like family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Alejandro and Luis truly elevated our experience and are a perfect example of the exceptional service that makes this resort stand out. We can’t wait to return, and we hope to see both of them again on our next visit. Thank you for making our Cabo trip so special!

From the moment I arrived at Hacienda Encantada, I was completely blown away by the resort’s atmosphere. The stunning traditional décor throughout the property, especially in the lobby, gave it an elegant and authentic charm that made the whole experience feel like a cultural escape, not just a vacation. The views? Absolutely unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic ocean views framed by classic arches, with the soft hues of sunrise reflecting off the water, was something I’ll never forget. The infinity pool just outside my room made it even more surreal — it felt like I had my own private piece of paradise. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff. Every person I encountered, from check-in to daily service, was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of at every turn, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package made it effortless to relax and enjoy everything the resort had to offer — delicious food, stunning surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. If you’re looking for a resort that combines breathtaking scenery, warm and attentive service, and beautiful traditional design, Hacienda Encantada is everything you could ask for and more. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a happy face and great service. We were immediately offered a drink. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and memorable. There are some noteworthy servers who I need to recognize because they went above and beyond each time we interacted with them: Rocio, Edgar, Margarita, Erik, Antonio, Ingrid, Angel, Luis, and Caesar at Jacks. Great job to the mentioned names and thank you for making our stay a positive one. Juan de Dios and Herman are class acts and I really hope they are recognized for their exceptional service and interactions they have with the customers. They both knew our names by the second day and our drinks of choice. We looked forward to seeing them each time.❤️

The property was very nice. When we got to our room there was a leak from the A\C therefore there was a big puddle of water in the master bathroom. Some of the lights in our room didn’t turn on. When I wanted to blow dry my hair the outlets didn’t work. The jacuzzi would overflow and water would get all over the balcony. The rooms were great comfortable. Once the problems were resolved. Room was cleaned every day, fridge stocked. That part was great! What I didn’t like was that they sold the package as all inclusive but we couldn’t get service in the room that was an additional cost. We didn’t have a concierge to help with bookings for dinners, he didn’t tell us where restaurants were located etc. we had to ask or figure out our selves. When it came to our transportation to the airport we had to do all that our selves. The staff is friendly and ready to help. However, when it came to the some waiters we had to wait 30min for our check. They catered to the whites not us that we are Mexican. You can see that they were treated way better! For these reasons I only give 3 stars.

This resort was truly an amazing and comfortable experience. The only thing I will say negative about is the dining service. It was quite slow, but besides that definitely recommend this resort to families, couples, friends. etc.
