Our free upgraded Ocean Front Villa was wonderful. The maids kept our villa spotless and refilled. Saff at this resort made the difference. Every employee was kind and would always say hi. Most have worked at the resort for many years. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with so many choices. The sit down breakfast restaurant was also very good.

My husband and I stayed for 13 nights. I would give solid 8.5 out of 10. The best-you can swim in the ocean, watch multiple times gray whales migration in December. No salespeople hustling you to buy local products. Good-clean facilities, resort design, food, service. Could improve-more lounge chairs by the pool and by the beach, more entertainment, small restaurants needs clean service in rush hours.(cutting corners especially seafood restaurant on the corner)

Clean room. Housekeeping was great. Shuttle to lobby always available. Outdoor pool was clean and good for family fun. Food options at the pool side were good. Overall great experience.

All the staff were professional and great to deal with. Food was amazing - we especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Drinks were very good and all the bartenders were quick and knowledgeable. We had a small wedding there and they did a great job on everything, including a wonderful ceremony with perfect weather on the beach. Thanks to Diana, Diego, the DJ, and everyone else who was involved! Our flight was delayed a few hours and they allowed us to check out of our rooms but keep our bracelets for some food and drinks while we waited on our rescheduled transportation to the airport. There were a few small children in our group so this was very appreciated as they would have had trouble sitting at the airport for 6+ hours if we had to leave right away.
