My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, which was already a red flag. On top of that, I could barely sleep because the front door didn’t seal properly, letting in noise and drafts, and the window kept shaking all night. To make matters worse, there was no staff on duty overnight, so there was no one to address these issues. The only real plus is the convenient location for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made

For price and location this place can't be beat. Our room was spacious and relatively clean. They supply you with 2 snall bottles of water per day. The pool area is nice but shaded most of the day. The pool water is super warm which is rare in mexico. Their happy hour was a bust as they were missing drink ingredients most days. Easy access to the beach where we spotted whales and rays. Overall I would recommend.

Perfect!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location, staff were friendly and their breakfast succeeded our expectations. If you want somewhere quieter, this is the place.

One night stay

Stayed at the hotel overnight before going to the airport in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice view of the ocean. Air conditioner a little noisy but got used to it. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were all pleasant and helpful. Hamburger was really good.

Our first time in this area- we were so pleased with our choice to stay at Hyatt Place. The staff were so friendly and responsive- the breakfast buffet was excellent! Very close to buses and the beautiful beach- great price point!

This is a wonderful hotel. The room I had was great. Clean room nice bed. Good pillows. and bathroom clean and working! AC works too. Little noisy fan. Will visit again.

Switched to this property from another 4 minutes away and it waa night day with this property soaring above the other very horrible hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating providing me with a phone charger when I left mine. I would stay again.

Convenient and inexpensive

This hotel was extremely well priced, within walking distance (3 min) of a lovely beach, and offered a delicious and ample complementary breakfast. Parking was free and just under the hotel. We enjoyed snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria (15 min drive) and hanging out in the cathedral plaza at old town each night (8 min drive). I recommend eating the churros in the plaza and the flan at Los Tres Gallos.
