I gave three stars for staff but would have given a five if reception staff could have been excluded. They were rude, condescending and disrespectful. I went to them with questions and help. They seemed disinterested and acted annoyed. When I checked out, the gentleman at reception told me I should not have ordered my airport transportation through Expedia and that I needed to coordinate through them. The gentleman said, “since you didn’t use us, there’s no guarantee the gate will let them on the property”. When I questioned his statement, he said, I’ll take care of it but next time deal with us directly. I paid for a package through Expedia and didn’t appreciate being treated in that manner.

Clean. Staff should be more english speaking as all are tourist. Its VERY hard to communicate with any staff. There is no advantage of spanish speaking staff. Also, food is tasteless. Only, it looks good but no TASTE. I will rethink before coming again.

I didn’t like having to walk through the people selling things on the beach to get to the beach. They stand right in front of the only place without a rope. All the employees were very nice and attentive. The resort was always clean. The fan in our room was very loud.

The Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas was absolutely fabulous. The views from our room with partial ocean view was breathtaking!! Great service all inclusive was amazing. Pools, rooms, food and service exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!!!
