Had best vacation at Riu santa fe los cabos. Hotel is very clean n well maintained. Food n drinks were all good. Only elevators were missing in the villas. Overall very satisfied, especially riuparty which was very entertaining. Thx riu staff for making our trip memorable.

Aside from the people staking chairs and some of the buffet foods appearing in consecutive meals, the resort was very nice. The hotel was extremely clean and well organized. Guests were polite and friendly. Staff were helpful. I would stay again.

The rooms were clean. The food and drinks were horrible. No changes to the menu any day. All restaurants served similar cuisine. Not fresh, greasy. No good activities for kids or grown ups. Pool wasn’t very clean.

I would give 3.5/5.00 My stay at Riu Santa Fe had many positives, especially in service, cleanliness, and adult entertainment, but there are areas that need improvement. Check-in & Check-out (5/5): Very smooth and fast process with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Internet (2/5): Wi-Fi coverage was inconsistent, with no signal in some areas of the resort. Beach & Pools (5/5): Clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible for guests staying in different sections of the resort. Food Quality (3/5): Overall food quality was below expectations, especially at the Mexican and seafood restaurants. Sushi and American restaurants were particularly disappointing (1/5). Food Variety (2/5): Limited variety, especially for Mexican food, which was surprising given the location. Activities for Under 18 (1/5): Very limited options, making it less suitable for families. Activities for Adults (18+) (5/5): Excellent entertainment and a lively atmosphere for adults. Rooms (3/5): Clean and spacious with a great minibar and necessary amenities. However, beds felt smaller than expected, and double/queen sizes were not accurate. Cleanliness & Environment (5/5): Exceptionally clean, well-maintained, safe, and with a great overall atmosphere. Overall: A great resort for adults seeking entertainment and cleanliness, but improvements in food, Wi-Fi, and family-friendly activities are needed.

Staff, honestly they are the best. Rooms were always clean, but the beds had this bad odor. I can actually try to describe the odor. You know when an elderly person gets old and they stop showering they have this odor like old. Well just like that. Please not trying to offend anyone. I know because of my grandparents when we used to go to Mexico.
