Food is just edible but not great for sure. Service is not good and some staff were rude. Really have to make sure the balcony door is locked properly. I had to close and reopen a few times to realize that people from outside could open it even locked from insideâŠGood thing I requested maintenance to repair it. Staff donât seem to be informed about whatâs going on in the hotel. Front desk told me about the show being at the theatre but it was held at the beach instead. Apparently the pizzeria opens every Thursday night 5-9pm but it wasnât on the app so guests couldnât reserve in advance like for other restaurants. I asked the front desk but they didnât even know about that. They told me itâs only opened until 6pm. Anyways management is not doing a good job. Staff is confused. Housekeeping donât refill the fridge everyday. They donât pick up dirty towels. The waitress at the coffee station next to the lobby is rude. She loves chatting with Spanish guests and gives me a long face when I ask her for cream for the coffee which werenât there for two days in a row. She sends me to the bar but the bar tender tells me he doesnât have that. I get a coffee at the deli but thereâs no lid. Why canât they have a lid? I ask the front desk they send me to the bar again. The bartender again tells me he doesnât have any. Restaurant Panchoâs needs an hour to serve an appetizer⊠it took so long for everything that we just left to the buffet instead. Ridiculous
