We had such a great time staying at this fantastic place. Our room was even better than the photos suggested and everyone who worked there was incredibly sweet. Los Osos is a gem. We will definitely be back for some well needed r & r.

Nice, clean, quiet, well-maintained property in an excellent, safe location. Several nearby restaurants are in walking distance. This is my 2nd time staying at this Inn, and I will definitely return when I'm back in the area. This is a dog-friendly facility that charges $30/night per dog, which is on par compared to other places that permit dogs.

The property is in a nice location convenient to several dining options and walking trails. My one disappointment was that the Garden room we were in was not by a garden. The room looked out on a parking lot in the front and the wall of a building in the back. I’m not sure why they had chairs outside the room as sitting there would only have you staring at the front of your car. The adjacent lawn and garden area were lovely though.

a nice enough stay

check in was friendly, and there was a wine reception when we arrived, though it was really only a couple of open bottles of wine and some snacks in a room without a bay view. our room was clean, comfortable but nothing special. we got $7 vouchers at the semi-attached breakfast spot, good breakfast burritos and bear claws, though the staff was really only friendly one of the three days we were there; not rude, but the first morning person was definitely different than the next two. our kitchenette was okay; the fridge was pretty small and constantly had melted freezer water at the bottom; the freezer didn't fully freeze our ice packs; and there were only three forks and a couple of dishes. i think we wanted to like it more after the initial greeting and the grounds, but in the end it was only just "mostly okay". i wouldn't recommend against staying here, and we have a friend who lives nearby that we visit, and so we may start again. just want people reading this to know what you are getting for the price. it was worth what we paid, but not a "hidden gem" or anything.
